HOW DO I ORDER ON BAUMASHOP24?
- You select the items you would like to order, determine the quantity and click on “Add to cart”.
- Once you've added all the items to your shopping cart, you can review it again by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. This will take you to an overview page with all the items you've selected. Here, you can also calculate your shipping costs if you're ordering from abroad.
- Once you have everything you need in your shopping cart, you can continue your order by clicking "Review." This will take you to the contact information and shipping address step.
- Here you can enter your delivery address. If you are already logged into your customer account, this information will be entered automatically. On the right, you have the option to enter a discount code.
- Click "Continue to Shipping." In the next step, you can select your shipping method. You can find out which shipping options we offer further down on this page.
- Click "Continue to payment." Here you can select your preferred payment method. You can find out which payment options are available further down on this help page. In this step, you can also enter a different billing address if necessary.
- Click "Review Order." This will take you to a final overview page where you can review all the items in your order, as well as all information regarding your billing and delivery address, shipping, and payment methods. If you discover any errors, you can edit this information again.
- If everything is correct, you can complete your order by clicking “Buy”.
CAN I ORDER AS A GUEST OR DO I NEED A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
You can also place orders as a guest at Baumashop24.com. However, we recommend creating a customer account so that future orders can be processed more quickly. Additionally, we may be able to apply personalized discounts to your customer account.
WHAT MACHINE INFORMATION DO I NEED TO ORDER SPARE PARTS?
If you order a spare part from us by phone or using the contact form, we need information about your machine in order to find the right part for you.This includes the manufacturer, model, and serial number of your machine. You can find the serial number on the nameplate, which is usually attached to the cab. This is important because even for identical models, there are small differences between the serial numbers, and different spare parts are required accordingly. If you would like to order washers or bolts and bushings, for example, we also need the exact location where the part is installed.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
When ordering through our online shop, we offer the following payment methods: advance payment, invoice (after credit check), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
- Standard shipping (€30 to €99.99 order value, €15.00 thereafter): If the products are available, you will usually receive your order within 2-3 working days.
- Express shipping (45 € up to 99.99 € order value, thereafter 27.50 €): If the products are immediately available and your order is received by 2:30 p.m., you will receive your order by 12 p.m. on the next working day.
- Night shipping (50 € up to 99.99 € order value, thereafter 32.50 €): If the products are immediately available and your order is received by 2:30 p.m., you will receive your order by 8 a.m. on the next working day.
- Pick-up: By appointment by telephone and subject to product availability, you can also pick up your order at selected branches.

What are the differences between original, OEM, and replicas? And how can I tell?
With our products in our online shop, you can often choose between different qualities. We offer original, OEM, and replicas.
- Original:We supply you with original parts from the manufacturer. You can identify these products by the label "Original" in the product title and description.
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): These products are also produced directly by the manufacturer, but are not marked with the manufacturer's brand. These products are generally cheaper than the original parts that bear the brand. Information about whether a part is an OEM replacement part can be found in the product description.
- Replica: We can also offer you many parts as high-quality replicas. Our alternatives are of high quality and have proven themselves over time in our own rental fleet. You can also identify these products by the product description and the item number ending in "N."
HOW CAN I COMPLAIN ABOUT AN ORDER?
If you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. It is also helpful if you take photos of the damage to document the incident. We will then investigate the case and process the return.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge.
CAN I ORDER FROM ABROAD?
Yes, you can also order from abroad. For orders from outside the EU, you can simply enter your VAT ID during the order process and select your country. For private individuals, the VAT ID is of course not required. For orders from countries outside the EU, you can use our contact form or contact us by email.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then handle all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee.
