Welches Zahnsystem passt zu mir?

Which dental system is right for me?

YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY A NEW SPOON RIGHT AWAY BUT FIRST UPGRADE YOUR OLD ONE? WE HAVE THE SOLUTION!

Buying new spoon teeth is significantly cheaper than buying a new spoon right away. But which spoon tooth fits your spoon? What systems are there? What should you consider? We have a large stock of bucket teeth and many years of experience - and we want to share this experience with you in this blog article.

WHAT IS A SHOVEL TOOTH AND WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?

The spoon teeth are attached to the cutting edge, more precisely to the tooth holder, of a spoon. There they now protrude and dig into the ground as the deepest point of the spoon. This improves the penetration behavior into the soil. Therefore, spoons with teeth are particularly suitable for digging and loading clay, soil and other loosened materials.

HOW DO YOU ATTACH THE TOOTH TO THE SPOON?

In short: Via a spoon connector. This bucket connector / adapter is either factory fitted to the bucket or must be welded to the bucket. The tooth is now attached to the tooth holder - usually with a attachment set or similar.

Important: The tooth holder and tooth must fit together or be of the same size. For example, a J300 tooth fits a J300 adapter and requires the J300 tooth mounting kit. The J400 tooth requires a J400.

At Lehnhoff, you also have to buy the right size tooth and fastening set. For example, a 400F fits on the MTL 3 SY, item number 221735, while a MBL 3 SY, item number 244223, fits a screwed fork tooth G W16 fits.
