Nowadays, nothing works without a quick changer: Many different attachments have to be used flexibly without long set -up times. Quick change systems enable the fast and easy exchange of the attachments on the excavator in order to be optimally equipped for each area of application - without any long downtimes of the machine. This opens up the opportunity for companies to accept more lucrative and more demanding projects because they can use their machines much more versatile. In addition, long set-ups and downtimes are minimized, i.e. the economy of the machines increases. The advantages of quick -change systems are clearly obvious. Mechanical speed changer
If you want to increase the productivity of your machine with a rather small investment, you should think about a mechanical quick changer. The robust system has proven itself for many years and enables easy and safe change in the attachment. Its lock and unlocking takes place manually using a plug-in key directly on the quick changer.
Hydraulic speed changer
If you prefer to change the attachment directly from the cabin, you need a hydraulic quick changer. Here, unlocking and unlocking the attachment does not work manually, but conveniently at the push of a button without having to leave the cabin.
Full hydraulic speed changer
Fully hydraulic speed changers have the advantage that not only the attachment is changed, but at the same time the oil lines are easily coupled for hydraulic cultivation tools at the push of a button. You can change your hydraulic attachment and hydraulic connection, simply out of the driver's cab.
For all speed changers, whether mechanically or hydraulic, various safety systems are integrated that ensure a firm seat of the cultivation tool and prevent the attachment from falling.
